The smell of a cracking campfire, the wood burning, the glimmering night, the forest surrounding oneself. These are the sensations that Natasha Beaudoin’s Autumn Vibes communicate with her richly saturated colours. Kate Murphy’s Everything’s Growing in our Garden transmits the aromas of flowers and freshness around your face at the peak of the harvest season. Co-curated by Venus Nwaokoro and Maggie Shook, Parfumé is an exhibition taking place at the Cohen Commons in the John Labatt Visual Art Centre. Although no artwork conducts scent, it is in their essence.
